![]() The aptly named Story Mode difficulty “boosts the player-inflicted damage and reduces the player-received damage considerably, making the combat encounters manageable for less experienced players,” Guerrilla Games community manager Jeroen Roding wrote on the PlayStation Blog. As part of a patch, players will now have access to a new, easier difficulty setting that allows them to focus more on the game’s story and exploration than on combat and survival. A new patch for Horizon Zero Dawn aims to make the game accessible to more players.
